These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.unrealchemist.com and the Unreal Chemist service (the "Service"), operated by Beastchemist ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. The Service

Unreal Chemist provides interactive, 3D chemistry learning content for exam preparation. Some content is free; some is available only on a paid subscription plan. We may add, change or remove content and features over time.

3. Subscriptions, plans & payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or yearly), as shown on our Pricing page.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Unless you cancel, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to share, resell, scrape, copy or redistribute paid content, or attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the Service. Accounts that do so may be suspended.

6. Intellectual property

All content, visualisations, code and branding on the Service are owned by Beastchemist or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.

7. Educational disclaimer

The Service is a learning aid. While we work to keep content accurate and syllabus-aligned, we do not guarantee any particular exam outcome, and content is provided "as is" without warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beastchemist will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
