1. Delivery of digital content
- Free content is available immediately once you sign in.
- Paid content is unlocked immediately after your subscription payment is confirmed, within your account — there is nothing to ship.
- Access is available online on any supported device; no download or installation is required.
2. If you can’t access your content
If a purchase succeeds but your access hasn’t unlocked, please email teambeastchemist@gmail.com with your account details and we’ll resolve it promptly.
